  15.      _s_m_d_b_f._c_g_i initializes a _s_i_t_e_m_g_r(_1) database through a HTTP web server.
  16.      Installing _s_i_t_e_m_g_r._s_w._s_e_r_v_e_r places links into the default CGI root
  17.      (/var/www/cgi-bin/), which will enable _s_i_t_e_m_g_r(_1) to initialize it's
  18.      database entirely from the client interface.

  20.      _s_m_d_b_f._c_g_i should not be executed standalone, but should be used in
  21.      conjunction with the _s_i_t_e_m_g_r(_1) client; however, it can be used to re-
